This right here is AMAZING! So true! I absolutely LOVE that I found Trap Cardio during Covid and have never ever found any other group of people who are ALWAYS such positive motivators in every single way possible! THANK YOU Ashley for taking a chance and following you heart!

***You've Got the Receipts***

There are days when you don't need somebody to tell you everything is going to be okay. Because truthfully, they don't know that.

But you do have evidence that you've survived hard days before.

Think about something you once didn't know how you were going to get through.

A heartbreak.
A loss.
A financial setback.
A season where nothing made sense.
A day you genuinely didn't know what tomorrow was going to look like.

And somehow, tomorrow came.

Then another one.

And another one.

Until eventually, that thing you didn't know how you'd survive became something you did survive.

That's your receipt.

Your today is proof that you've gotten yourself to tomorrow before.

So if today is heavy, you don't have to know exactly how everything works out. You don't even have to pretend you're okay.

Just don't forget your receipts.
