Step one... having the right scraps around in the shop. Step two... having a vision of a final product these could make. Step three... check back in the next couple of weeks, as these will be turned into an end grain cutting board and butchers block.

Note: after all these are pieces of walnut and maple.

One of the latest sign creations I just wrapped up for a buddy for the wall in his home arcade... a vintage replica of a place we all used to eat at as kids... The Pizza Box... This one is fairly large. All poplar construction, and painted. Started with a 1 x 12 x 50 inch chunk of poplar lumber for the back board. Final size of this sign is 48" wide, around 10" tall, about an inch thick. The lettering is done with a 1/4" thick poplar wood. For size reference the PIZZA letters are about 6" tall. I used the Cricut for cutting out custom vinyl masking for the lettering during the painting process.

A new listing is available in our shop

This small and simple wooden cross is laser cut out of poplar wood. Can be stained or clear coat finished upon request. Custom laser labeling of names or other wording is also available. The cross is 1.4 inches tall, 0.87 inches wide, and 0.19 inches thick.

Necklace rope is included, 0.5mm thick h**p rope comes in different lengths selectable in the variations. The color of the rope is also selectable in the variations listed as the secondary color.
