✨ A lot of white doesn’t have to feel cold.
This home already had many of the things Bay Area buyers love — bright natural light, white cabinetry, warm wood floors, and an easy indoor-outdoor connection.
Our job was to keep that openness, while giving the home a little more warmth and personality.
In the living room, we used soft cream upholstery and rounded silhouettes to balance the clean architectural lines. Warm wood, caramel tones, and a few darker accents add contrast without making the space feel heavy.
The kitchen already had plenty of visual detail, so we kept the bar stools and dining setup light and simple. That way, the space still feels open and easy to move through.
One of our favorite details is the soft peach-toned artwork in the living area — just enough color to warm up the neutral palette without taking over the room.
And outside, we treated the backyard as a real part of the home, not an afterthought. A full seating setup helps buyers immediately picture sunny afternoons, coffee outside, or casual weekends with friends. ☀️🌿
That’s the kind of California living we want buyers to feel the moment they walk in.
