Fortunately our company was developed with more of a mobile and computer organized structure. Our office staff and engineers already have been setup with home office operations with company provided computers, internet, smart phones, etc. and they are used to working at home for their daily work duties.
We have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and how it is impacting our world. For Comfort International, that means understanding how it’s impacting our employees and customers, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations. All of our mobile technicians are folling the COVID-19 precautions such as always wearing face mask, gloves, protective eye wear, etc.
As our services are vital for many commercial operations in order to keep their servers/computers that enable their employees to work from home as well as maintain their company assets we have done a number of things to ensure our abilities to serve customers. We have already contacted our customers to let them know we are available 24/7 to be of service and are continuing our commercial services. All of our vendors that provide materials to support your operations and others are remaining open as their products are available.
Additionally we have in storage some key materials to support our clients and all of our vans are fully stocked.
At times like this, communication is key, We have provided ongoing communications to our employees in order to share what we’re doing at Comfort International in response to this public health crisis. Please give us a call if we can be of assistance to your for any of your HVAC & Building Automation needs.
