PARTY WITH THE WINEMAKERS
Always nice to see these two gentleman Mike Farmer winemaker and owner with Euclid Wines, and David Brown winemaker at Brown Estate Vineyards.

Mike Farmer, a long-time winemaker with Robert Mondavi and Opus One started Euclid Wines with his son Lucas.

After 30 years in the wine business making primarily high-end Cabernet blends, my son approached me with a proposal to make wine together. Everything begins in the vineyard. But, we are able to determine the method of fermentation and aging to make the style of wine we envision. Our goal is to create a wine of elegance with fruit intensity, fine tannins, silky texture using our experience in the vineyard, knowledge of fermentation, blending and barrel aging. I have high hopes that this will inspire my grandchildren as they get older to join us in our venture.

Brown Estate Vineyards is a winery in Napa Valley, California. It produces zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, and petite sirah varieties.Founded in 1995 by siblings Deneen, David and Coral Brown, Brown Estate produced its first Napa Valley zinfandel in 1996 after the family had been farming grapes and selling them to established winemakers. It is the first and only Black-owned estate in Napa Valley.
