Sivan Windows and Doors is looking for a motivated, competitive, and customer driven team member to proactively assist incoming calls and set-up our sales department for success. Candidates for this role will need to have excellent people skills and be outgoing. Representatives will need to have great attention to detail, must be self-motivated, and eager to start networking with potential customers.
This role will contribute highly to the success of our company. Our team will need to be ambitious with a drive to succeed to exceed our company's targeted revenue goals.
Job Duties:
-Speak with potential customers over the phone to discuss company information, product information and answer any questions related to our products.
-Follow-up on hot and cold leads that showed potential to close.
-Utilize proprietary company software, such as Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and several documents on Excel, Adobe PDFs, Word.
-Proactively respond to customer questions, coordinate with Dispatch department and attend last minute appointments with high caliber clientele.
-Meet and exceed weekly, month and year-over-year sales goals.
-Meet weekly with company Sales Director to discuss revenue projections, goals, and follow-ups.
-Track all potential customer information, status, and inquiries in a timely manner.
-Communicate any and all lead activity with the Dispatch department.
Skills Required to Perform the Job:
-Background in home remodeling, renovation and/or window and door sales a plus but not required.
-Comfortable speaking over the phone
-Communication and Computer Proficiency
-Great performance in fast pace environments
-Experience working with G Suite and Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and Word. Also will be working with PDF’s and Online E-Signature Software.
Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED required
Valid California Driver's License
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Detail Oriented and Organizational Skills
Basic Mathematical Skills
-Computer Literate with experience using Customer Relationship Manager software (CRM)
-Time Management
-English, Spanish, Hebrew, Armenian fluency A PLUS!
