Man, an old showroom we did back in I think 2005 getting a fix up. Went water based this time which I still to this day won't offer or do because I can't stand out it doesn't look rich, but glad to see it brought back.

Alameda fixing more historic flooring. This was a 5"x13" White Oak Rift and Quartered Oak with a 3/4" Brazilian Cherry feature strip. The floor is a 5/16" thickness and had cat urine stains that we pulled, replaced and finished to match the existing.
