For Warner Design, the NIC Spring Conference 2026 in Nashville was a good reminder of where the market stands right now!

Renovation and CapEx projects are still leading activity, while new development is starting to re-enter the conversation. Deals are being explored more carefully, with a strong focus on timing, budget, and ex*****on.

One thing everyone agreed on. Demand is there. The challenge is getting projects to fully align.
