We started our outdoor lighting business in 2013 and are embarking upon our 10th year in business.

This is an intense, strenuous 8-10 week gig. It is not as easy as it sounds. We have a few seasonal positions available as light installers:

The job is 50% Artistic and 50% Technical skill
New Twinklers start at $30/HR
Approximately 40 hours per week from mid-October to mid-December
Work Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm; 8 hours/day, plus possible overtime & Saturdays
Marin County locations
Commercial & Residential installs
Seasonal work, not eligible for benefits
Phone Interview followed by in-person assessment* Unless you are a returning installer
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

2 Years Verifiable Crew/Labor Experience in Trades or Events industries
You must be fit, agile, able to handle a variety of cumbersome extension ladders and are comfortable at heights
Ability to work in the rain, drive a truck, climb a ladder, operate a boom lift (a plus)
Reliable transportation required to Marin County
Smart phone required
Attend mandatory paid crew training day October 13 (approximately 4 hours)
Twinkle Lighting is a Burner based company. We are licensed, bonded and insured.

HIRING NOW!!! Fun, Seasonal Work! Twinkle Lighting: The Holiday Lighting Experts! We started our outdoor lighting business in 2014 and we’re on it again for the 2021 holiday season. We have a few seasonal positions for Project Lead (1) and Installers (6).

Project Leaders oversee a crew of 2-4 Installers providing artistic direction and oversight of installation projects.

All positions must have some labor experience in the Trades.

• Crew positions: Start at $25/Hour with Bi-Weekly raises based on attitude and commitment to the work
• Approximately 40 hours per week beginning mid-October to mid-December
• Hours – 10:00am to 6:00pm M-F with occasional Saturday work
• We work on Commercial & Residential holiday lighting installations
• 90% of the work is Outdoors; Installer roles require being fit & agile, can hang from trees, scamper on rooftops, handle, climb and work from extension ladders
• Ability to work in the rain, drive a truck, operate a boom lift (a plus)

Mandatory Requirements
* Valid Drivers license
* Some physical labor experience in the Trades
* Comfortable with heights
* Smart Phone for Timecard, payroll, etc
* Able to get yourself to the shop in San Rafael or projects throughout Southern Marin
* Must attend Paid Crew Training Day (approx 4 hours), Friday, October 15

Twinkle Lighting is fully insured, licensed and bonded. We require proof of residency and COVID-19 vaccination. Positions are seasonal thus ineligible for benefits, PTO, Insurance, etc.

Twinkle is back for another year!

We started our outdoor lighting business two years ago and we’re ramping up again for the 2017 holiday season. We have a few seasonal positions available as light installers:

• approximately 30-40 hours per week. November 1 to December 15, January 3 to January 10
• $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience
• Flexible Hours – 10am start time. 4-10 hours/day *some nights
• Mostly Marin County locations
• Commercial & Residential installs
• Ability to work in the rain, drive a truck, climb a ladder, operate a boom lift (a plus)
• Seasonal work, not eligible for benefits
