Taking me all the way back to the beginning days of Bloom! 🤎🍂

This little fall truck was a custom order I made years ago in my old photo studio, and looking back at it brings back so many memories. 🥹

He had me make this one for his girlfriend and also picked out one of my other trucks that was already made to give her as a gift.

This little fall truck turned out absolutely adorable, and I still love her!

I love looking back at pieces like this and remembering where it all started.

This arrangement took me about 30 minutes to make.

But honestly… it took a lot more from me than 30 minutes.

It took my energy.
It took my time.
It took my strength.

I live with chronic illness, which means most days come with:

Fatigue.
Pain.
Dizziness.
Low energy.
And so much more.

But even with all of that, I show up.

I show up because I love creating.
I love designing.
I love working with flowers.
I love building something from nothing.
I love giving my all.
I love knowing that something I created might someday bring someone happiness.
And I love that I haven't given up.

And tonight, I'm sitting here after working on a custom arrangement and doing the dishes, and my body hurts.

This is what most days look like for me.

Some days I have to slow down. Some days I need to take breaks. Sometimes I have to listen to my body and accept that I can't keep pushing.

And that's okay.

Because eventually, I get back up and do what I love.

Creating is my joy. It's my outlet. It's the little space where I can forget about everything else I'm carrying, even if it's just for a little while.

So when you see me creating, you're seeing more than just flowers.

You're seeing me show up exactly as I am.

Sometimes, creating is exactly what I need. 🩷

Playing with flowers, choosing colors, adding texture, and watching an arrangement come together gives me a little moment where I can forget about everything else going on around me.

Just me, my flowers, and a little bit of creativity. ✨

For a moment, I get to just be present and create something beautiful.

And this colorful little crochet pumpkin was especially fun to make. 🎃 💐

I hope you enjoy watching her come together as much as I enjoyed creating her. 💕

🦉✨ Meet Owlbert Einstein.

He's been quite the little adventurer over the years! From markets and retail shops to flower-filled days and making friends wherever he goes, Owlbert has seen a thing or two. 🤎

He's one of those pieces that has become a little bit of a Bloom character. Everyone seems to adore him—and honestly, so do I. 🥹🪶

Maybe this will finally be the year someone sees Owlbert and thinks, “Yep. He's the one.” 💕

Or maybe he'll be back out at markets with me, making everyone smile and being the best little buddy. 🦉✨

Prepping bags, adding cardboard to make them sturdier (especially for those heavier arrangements), and adding my Bloom logo stickers. ✨

Sometimes health flare-ups mean I’m getting things done last minute… but at least I get it all done! 😅💪
