Homeowner decided to take the road less traveled, driving forward with their car, instead of reverse, they managed to totally annihilate their slop sink, crunch the copper waterlines, and shatter the P-trap. Anything that got in the way was basically destroyed, but hey, all's well that ends well, right? It's all good now. 😂

The gutter damage, which appears to have been caused by the installation of a satellite on the roof, has been addressed. The last eight feet of gutter were only being supported by the downspout. After removing the fascia, inspecting, and replacing the split wood behind it, the fascia was reinstalled and the gutter was securely reattached. This has resolved the issue of the falling gutter, ensuring that water now drains away from the home correctly.

Front porch columns damaged by woodpeckers. Rewrapped trim on bad columns and a fresh coat of paint to freshen their appearance. Good as new!

A big box store did a new washer and dryer install in this home. Also had a new vent ran outside and they left outside vent not even attached to home. So it kept falling off and did not even fit right on the duct pipe. With a little adjustments now it’s good as new.

Homeowner said they had a slow dripping faucet. When I arrived it was definitely not a drip anymore. It had turned into a small little stream flowing across there patio. So I remove and replaced old hose spigot and while I had the system cut open I added an interior valve so It can be shut off during the winter.

To meet the homeowner's requirements, I removed the existing sink, installed a matte black Moen sink, and replaced the outdated 1970s trash compactor with a pull-out trash can and black door front to stand out from the rest of the kitchen to identify as a trash cabinet

Initially, trip hazards existed around this area , I eliminated the hazards, constructed a small step/platform outside the door, removed rocks, added dirt and grass seed, and covered it with straw to retain moisture until the grass germinates and starts to grow. And last but not least cleaned up the flower bed behind all of it and put some fresh mulch down.
