I am “At Sea” on Monday’s. It’s my day to restock the hold, do laundry and connect with the crew. Today I started my day doing all of my favorite things. Showered outside with the sun above & weathered wood under my feet. Then Ellery and I had breakfast at our favorite spot on the Cape Ann & Fran's Kitchen , where we shared the most delectable stack of pancakes. E recapped her recent trip to ACK visiting a friend from summer camp with the gentleman sitting beside her leaning a bit to his right listening in while devouring his equally yummy breakfast. We got a pistachio chocolate chip muffin to bring home to the first mate and headed back to shore. I am beyond appreciative to be apart of this magical place, somewhere we can pull shellfish from the sand for dinner, rinse the sand off our bodies in our outdoor shower and where I can share a stack of pancakes with my daughter that makes us both giddy. It was a very good day. capecod

This is a note that was included with my order today from Reyn Paper Co . I have been ordering from Kristen for years now and her Mom Pam usually packs the orders and tucks in a little note. A few years ago I mentioned that my Mom’s birthday was July 4th. It is incredibly thoughtful that Pam remembered our conversation. When you are supporting a small business like mine, you are also supporting kind & talented people much like Pam & Kristen. Thank you💙
