A little late with my July recap but absolutely had a blast starting to video journal my garden and connecting with folks.

If you’re looking for low key, low maintenance methods to incorporate edibles into your existing landscape without building and maintaining a permanent or even semipermanent “garden”, you’re in the right place. My “vegetable garden” is all around me; I save time, space and money growing curb appeal that adds an abundance of joy and food for my family in addition to the beauty. And everywhere I turn, right at my doorstep, I find little surprises like this. Gotta love it!

Step by step canning pasta sauce. You can also use a chopstick to remove air bubbles particularly if your sauce is chunky. Also the last ridge of the jar is 1 inch so no need to measure. Happy canning!
