Innes wanted to get her husband the vanilla Oreo explosion cake for his birthday but wanted to feature caramel! So I put whipped caramel with crushed vanilla Oreos in the filling instead of white chocolate. And a homemade caramel and drizzle instead of white chocolate drips.

I am working on a cake with a caramel filling and caramel drizzle. So I took my homemade Carmel and made it into a whipped filling!

Push Pop Cakes!

Red and blue vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and red, white, and blue sprinkles.

These will be sold by the dozen or in 4 packs for those wanting to take them along to fireworks for their kids/families.

$40 per dozen
$15 per 4 pack

10 dollar deposit per dozen, 5 dollar deposit per 4 pack via Venmo.

You MUST order by June 25th.
Pick up July 3rd between 12pm and 4pm or July 4th between 8am and 9am. Sanford Maine.

More practice today!

Last night I tried lemon and it was a disaster. The chocolate was too hot and many fell apart and I attempted a marble of Yellows...well turns out all my food coloring is the wrong base, and the right food coloring is 75 dollars for a starter pack.

So for now it's white, brown, and sprinkles! Haha
