1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes ๐Ÿ…
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce ๐Ÿ…
2 tbsp tomato paste ๐Ÿ…
1 tsp Italian seasoning ๐ŸŒฟ
1/2 tsp dried oregano ๐ŸŒฟ
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

For the Cheese Mixture:

1 cup ricotta cheese ๐Ÿง€
1 egg ๐Ÿฅš
