✨ Pistachio Kataifi Swiss Roll with Baklava Cream 💚

Ingredients
🍰 Soft Sponge Layer
4 eggs
120 g sugar
100 g flour
20 g cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
💚 Creamy Pistachio Filling
250 g mascarpone
200 ml whipping cream
120 g pistachio spread
40 g powdered sugar

150 g kataifi pastry
40 g melted butter
80 g chopped pistachios
2 tbsp honey

The combination of toasted nuts, crisp kataifi, and creamy pistachio filling creates a luxurious Mediterranean-inspired dessert.
Instructions
1️⃣ Heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Whip eggs and sugar until thick and airy.
3️⃣ Fold in flour, cornstarch, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Spread into a thin layer and bake until lightly golden.
5️⃣ Roll while warm and cool completely.
6️⃣ Coat kataifi with melted butter.
7️⃣ Bake until crisp.
8️⃣ Combine with pistachios and honey.
9️⃣ Whip mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and pistachio spread until smooth.
🔟 Unroll the sponge.
