For the powder room at our Via Vistosa project in Santa Barbara, we knew we wanted something special that would reward the intimacy of the space and represent our full color scheme.

We chose Bird & Pomegranate in Blue/Sage, paired with antique mirror panels and an oak vanity. 

Morris & Co. patterns have been in continuous production for over 160 years for good reason: the colorways are endlessly livable, the proportions are simply correct, and they work in almost any context, from a renovated Victorian to a California bungalow. 

The dark, painterly botanical richness of this pattern played beautifully against those warm, reflective surfaces. It’s a pattern that rewards close looking... the more time you spend in the room, the more you notice. It was exactly right for this space.

Our studio door is open and we’re excited to be a host venue for the 24th Annual LIVE Art & Wine Tour on Thursday, April 30th. The Tour, 5:30-8 p.m. offers a stroll through downtown as venues transform into pop-up galleries and tasting rooms. Come by to experience live art with , delectable bites by , and premium wine by .

Schedule: 
The Tour: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Visit us at The Julia Building)
Final Party: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM (SB Historical Museum)

Explore the creativity in our space, then end your night at the Historical Museum for more food, drink, dancing, live music from The Groove Collective, and a silent auction!
Proceeds from the LIVE Art & Wine Tour support the revitalization of downtown and initiatives including the Vacant Window Beautification Program, 1st Thursday Art Walk, downtown art installations, and enhanced maintenance and security, according to organizers.
