🚨 Theft Alert 🚨
Why do people think they have the audacity and privilege to steal? From a small business no less? It’s asinine!
We warned in February that we will start posting your face on the internet and that we will make a mockery of you online if you steal from our store.
In summary- we have eyes on the ground and cameras throughout the whole store. We see you if you steal! And we aren’t afraid to mock you and turn evidence over to the police! Be better!
-Let’s break this one down-
Side 1: Last Tuesday, Sept 29th, these thieves came in around 11:30 am. Let’s call them Red Blouse and Gam Gam for fun.
Slide 2: Red Blouse came in with an empty World Market-esque bag. On closer inspection, it possibly looks like a Yard House to-go bag.
Slide 3: The two of them head to a booth and spend about five minutes in there. Quite a long time for a small-ish sized booth.
Slide 4: They pop back out with obvious weight now in the bag, and Red Blouse heads down one of our aisles.
Slide 5: She comes around the aisle back towards the front with a large lamp with its bulb sticking out, checks to see where our employees are at, and sneaks out the door. One of our dealers later reported a lamp missing from their booth, so this checks out.
Slide 6: You’d think she would be done, but no! She comes back in with the same folded up bag, asks a question, then swipes a pair of earrings.
Slide 7: They head back to their original stomping ground, but instead, takes something off of the wall of another vendor, and is seen dropping that item into that same bag.
Slide 8: After about 15 minutes down one of our aisles, she comes back out and down the main breezeway towards the front with a LOADED bag of stolen items and out the front door to her car, leaving her poor accomplice Gam Gam in the dust :(
Slide 9: OH WAIT- there’s more! She comes back in for a THIRD TIME, no bag in her hand, and heads back to one of our aisles again!
Slide 10: Gam Gam is confused and tired from running around with this thief. It’s too much work to be an accomplice and steal from a small business. She sits down. Red Blo
