SAINT by Ira Dewitt Home and lifestyle brand benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to support their lifesaving mission: Finding cures. Saving children.®

Ira DeWitt, a music executive with a PhD in education, has always chosen to do things her own way. When a friend was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, she wanted to give her something more purposeful than flowers or a card-- something that evoked a sense of comfort and spirituality. Ira decided to create something herself, and this is how SAINT Candles – Modern Prayer Candles for a Cause – was born. The SAINT Candles line features fifteen different candles that are each named after a patron saint associated with a specific aspect of human life. Whether someone is battling a health issue, embarking on a trip, or trying to find love, there is a patron saint – and a SAINT Candle – to help them on their journey. The beautiful packaging, individualized scents, and unique features make this an unforgettable gift that touches peoples’ hearts. Each SAINT Candle comes with a prayer to the patron saint, holy oil as part of the wax (blessed by both a priest and a rabbi), and an Italian prayer coin embedded into the candle honoring the patron saint which reveals itself once the candle has burned down.

On the feast of Saint Luke the Evangelist, we honor the "beloved physician" and inspired author of the Gospel and Acts of the Apostles. Through his writings, he beautifully captured the compassionate heart of Christ, highlighting God’s profound mercy toward the sick, the poor, and the marginalized. As the patron saint of doctors, surgeons, and artists, his legacy reminds us to use our unique talents to glorify God and heal others. May his intercession inspire us to be instruments of physical and spiritual healing in our world today. Saint Luke, pray for us!

On the feast of Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, we honor the humble visionary who gifted the world the profound devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Chosen by Christ to reveal the depths of His burning love for humanity, she shared His powerful plea: "Behold this Heart which has so loved men." Through her faithfulness, we received the beautiful traditions of the Holy Hour and First Fridays. May her example inspire us to draw closer to His merciful heart and respond to His love with our own. Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, pray for us!

On the feast of Saint Teresa of Avila, we honor the bold mystic and Doctor of the Church who showed us the profound depths of the spiritual life. Through her famous work, The Interior Castle, she taught us that prayer is simply an intimate conversation with a Friend who loves us. A tireless reformer and patroness of writers, her timeless wisdom reminds us: "Let nothing disturb you... God alone suffices." May her fierce faith inspire us to trust completely in God's peace amid the storms of life. Saint Teresa of Avila, pray for us!

On the feast of Saint Carlo Acutis, we honor the millennial "influencer of God" who proved that holiness belongs in the digital age. He used his passion for computers to share the beauty of the Eucharist, famously calling it his "highway to heaven." Reminding us that we are all born as originals and not photocopies, he is a powerful patron for youth, programmers, and the internet. May his joyful example inspire us to stay boldly close to Jesus in our modern world. Saint Carlo Acutis, pray for us!
