We chose lines that are clean yet soft, and a color palette of neutrals and greens, with subtle stripe, check, and nailhead details, all to define this welcoming space.

Fun fact about this gorgeous guest bathroom: you might think that this bathtub doesn’t look very private, but it has a secret. If you look closely around the window, there is a pocket in the wall that hides a motorized window shade- offering privacy at the touch of a button.

In bedrooms we love the softness that visible window treatments can bring, but in other settings like this waterfront bathroom, it’s all about hidden functionality that lets other elements of the design (and this view!) shine by themselves.

Wow, what a season it has been! It’s true that in many ways, Spring is the height of activity in coastal Florida. With our seasonal residents in town, there is extra hustle and bustle everywhere you look. Spring 2026 was no exception, and the ARI team could be found in and out of the office- on construction sites, installations, presentations, vendor visits, and more. We are thankful to have such great clients, and the support and collaboration of the very best teammates. 💛💪
(We’re also thankful for gorgeous spring weather this year, while it lasted! Right? 😅)

One of our favorite things about the layout at our River Shore project has got to be the fun, family lounge, tucked in behind the kitchen.
While the open concept great room is great for gathering and communicating between spaces, this separate, second lounge space is hidden behind a pocket door in the kitchen, offering the option of a different experience.
Featuring a round table for games by the waterfront view, and a sectional sofa for cozying up to watch TV, this is a versatile space that can be enjoyed either open or closed.
