FloorSRQ / Tile & Wood LLC
FloorSRQ Removal is a specialized residential and commercial flooring demolition contractor based in Sarasota, Florida. Operating as the dedicated demolition sister division of FloorSRQ (legally under Tile & Wood LLC), they focus on high-efficiency, virtually dust-free tear-outs to prepare concrete slabs and subfloors for new surface installations.
The team is equipped to strip away multiple layers of residential or commercial flooring materials down to the structural subfloor:
• Tear-Out Capability: Ceramic tile, porcelain, natural stone, glued hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), VCT, and carpeting.
• Adhesive & Thinset Grinding: Complete removal of stubborn industrial glues, thick thinset mortar, and bonding agents.
• 98% Dust-Free System: Utilizing heavy-duty, HEPA-certified industrial air scrubbers, they capture up to a pound of debris per square foot, protecting your residential HVAC system and keeping home air clean.
• Battery-Powered Scrapers: They deploy clean, heavy-duty floor scrapers running on twelve 200 amp-hour batteries, allowing high-speed interior demolition without harmful exhaust emissions.
• Speed: Their automated setups allow them to cleanly rip up and haul away up to 1,000 square feet of tile in a single day or less.

FloorSRQ
FloorSRQ ranks highly among regional surface professionals, sporting a strong 4.8 out of 5-star rating based on customer reviews. Customers frequently cite their expert product knowledge, fast project completion, and clean installation practices as reasons why they are considered one of Sarasota's premier flooring providers.
The "One-Stop-Shop" Advantage: They bridge the gap between design and labor. Instead of buying material from a massive warehouse and sourcing your own subcontractor, they handle the initial structural tear-out, design consultations, material orders, and final layout installation.
• Demolition Specialization: A massive pain point for Sarasota renovations is airborne concrete and mortar dust. Their sister company, FloorSRQ Removal, uses HEPA air cleaners that protect residential HVAC systems and keep homes clean during large-scale tile tear-outs.
• Vetted Material Lines: They focus strictly on premium manufacturers (such as Porcelanosa tile, DuChateau hardwood, and Hallmark engineered floors), allowing them to offer robust, manufacturer-backed structural warranties.

FloorSRQ / Tile & Wood LLC
FloorSRQ Removal is the highly specialized residential and commercial flooring demolition division of FloorSRQ. Based out of their shared showroom in Sarasota, Florida, this branch focuses entirely on fast, eco-friendly, and virtually dust-free floor clearing down to the subfloor.
98% Dustless Filtration: Traditional floor tear-outs can create nearly a pound of fine, toxic crystalline silica dust per square foot. The company utilizes industrial, closed-loop HEPA-certified collection systems that trap microscopic particles right at the tool source. This safeguards your property's HVAC system, avoiding expensive post-construction duct flushing.
Fume-Free Heavy Equipment: For indoor safety, their crews operate heavy-duty, battery-powered ride-on floor scrapers. Powered by industrial 200 amp-hour batteries, these machines cleanly extract materials without releasing dangerous indoor exhaust, fumes, or emissions.
