Greetings SWI Followers! As many of you may already heard -- SWI is closing effective 12/31/2022. In an effort to answer a variety of questions at one time, here are the responses to some of the most common questions:

Q - What about the Online Classes and Groups? What happens to them after 12/31/2022?

A - Most of the Online Groups offered by SWI feature Love to Stitch designs and projects. Love to Stitch with Lisa and Sue is an independent company, not part of SWI, and Sue and Lisa plan to continue to pursue their passion for digitizing for years to come! Sue and Lisa will continue to support these groups as they have in the past. Over the next few months, some of the Groups (e.g., Sew the Seasons, Build-A-Block) will be transferred to the Love to Stitch with Lisa and Sue page. Some Groups will be retired (e.g., Better Not Pout, Rainbow of Jewels). As we determine which Groups fall into which category, retiring or transferring to the Love To Stitch Facebook site, information will be posted in the Group. We are committed to share information, as soon as it is available, to keep you well informed.

Q - Will Terry continue to offer quilting services?

A - Until SWI officially closes on 12/31/2022, quilting services will continue through SWI. Terry, the SWI longarm quilter, has indicated that she will continue to offer quilting services after SWI has closed. More details to follow when available.

Q - I want to get my machine serviced before SWI closes. How do I do that?

A - All service appointments will be scheduled by appointment only. Requests for an appointment can only be accepted by sending the request by email to [email protected]. You will receive a phone call or email with an appointment time slot to drop your machine at SWI for servicing. Please no phone calls to request an appointment. The answering machine is full and will not take more messages. James, our amazing technician, plans to continue servicing machines after the closing of SWI, possibly as a Mobile Technician, where he will come to you! More details to follow!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: With a Hurricane approaching the West Coast of Florida, we have opted to close the Store until the storm passes. We hope to re-open on Friday, September 30th, but check our page for the most up-to-date information!
