Hi friends and mamas! Here’s an easy recipe that I typically prep about every other week to help make my mornings easier. I will switch up the add ins, sometimes doing mushrooms and peppers, or sweet potatoes, or honestly just whatever I have on hand- so totally customizable and that way you aren’t just having the same thing all the time, too.

Never been much of a tuna girly but different seasons of life call for different fuel and this breastfeeding mama loves a simple combo of protein and carbs to satisfy hunger and some fresh veg to keep it light in this Florida heat ~ so prepping this for the week has been so ideal!

No original recipe, was just digging through the kitchen looking for something new to throw together and these ingredients felt like a vibe. So glad I followed my gut because even though this is so different from my norm, it really hit the spot this week.

Tuna pasta salad:
-cooked pasta of choice
- tuna
-chickpeas
-chopped cucumber
-chopped red onion
-capers
-fresh squeezed lemon juice
- mayo
-season to taste

Had the cutest date to my dear friends’ baby blessing and handfasting ceremony last weekend 💐🤍✨

What an honor it is to witness such a sacred moment for this family that I am so grateful to walk in this lifetime with. How wonderful it is to have such special humans to share the joy of bringing tiny souls earth side and raising them in conscious, sober, spiritual environments. We are welcoming in a fierce new generation of spiritual gangsters 😝✌️

So in awe of the way these two do life, hold space, and grow together. I know you will be the best parents and I can’t wait for our little guys to be play mates.

Little meals like this come together so easily when you keep fresh things on hand. The tortillas were leftover from another recipe, and avocado, tomato, onion, and eggs are staples in our kitchen.

If you want to enjoy easy healthy meals at home, you have to shop accordingly. We use a lot of staples in our home. Things that are versatile and good for many different things. Not a whole lot of specialty items unless we have a specific plan for them.

Wednesdays are for matcha, mamas and minis meet ups 💚✨

Women supporting each other in our postpartum era, also supporting local business, getting outside, and watching our babies’ bonds with each other grow each week. Equally beneficial for us and our sweet babes. Body, mind, soul. We crave connection with each other and nature and you can see it in the way the babies are literally either reaching for one another or the grass. It’s in our biology to crave connection and need support.

When I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to start up or be a part of a mommy and me group. But then postpartum came and life happens. Months went by and my mama friends and I slowly but surely started gathering more regularly. Not as an organized group, but as mothers who craved connection with each other.

One day a few of us were in the park and a new mom approached us and asked what mommy and me group we were with and it’s kind of been naturally unfolding from there. Because that’s how beautifully life works and how the universe supports you when you’re sure of something. We have shared intentions, envision what we want it to look and feel like, plant seeds, trust the process, and it grows from there.

This life I once dreamed of is now the life I live and am blessed to share. If it’s calling to you too, reach out. Us mamas need to stick together. ☀️💚✨🙏🏼

Papaya salad 🧡 slide for the recipe ➡️

Loooove this fruity salad combo when the weather starts warming up 😋

Probably my favorite way to enjoy papaya. So simple and refreshing.

Recipe inspired by a very similar one I had on a retreat in Joshua tree several years ago, made by the lovely .jackson ✨

No need to measure or be too serious about it. Mine turns out a little different each time. Usually I’ll add some fresh jalapeños but I didn’t have them this time. Still hits the spot either way 🔥

When days off together look like a blend of so many things that fill your cup, you know you’re doing something right.

Yesterday we started our day with breakfast at home, then spent some time outside splashing around in the sunshine, and an evening with loved ones.

I am so grateful.

It’s up to us to prioritize what fills our cups. It’s up to us to find the magic in the ordinary. It’s up to us to choose happiness and to make our lives more like the ones we dream of. It can be simple. You can start today.

You could say that Rena is pretty excited about our little guy working food into his routine 🤗

These two already have a pretty great relationship, but steamed carrots blended with homemade meat stock is not hurting the deal, that’s for sure 😂

We have had lots of kiddos in our life long before we were blessed with our own, so Rena has been patiently waiting for this time to come, knowing that his little hands would eventually be dropping and sharing all kinds of good things 😅

We are slowly introducing foods to Ray, using a combo of purées as well as Baby Led Weaning approach.

I’ll share more on this later but for now, I’m curious…
