Madeline brings a unique blend of creative perspective, corporate leadership, and relationship-driven experience to her role as Showroom Manager. With a background and formal education in Fashion and more than a decade of experience in strategic partnerships and client engagement, she has built her career around creating exceptional experiences and meaningful connections. Her appreciation for style, design, and thoughtful details, combined with her passion for people, allows her to bring a warm, polished, and personalized approach to the showroom experience.
Prior to entering the world of interior design, Madeline built her career working alongside senior executives, industry leaders, and creative professionals across a variety of industries. Her experience in relationship management, communications, and business operations has shaped her ability to anticipate needs, navigate complex projects, and create seamless, thoughtful experiences. She brings that same attention to detail and collaborative spirit to Mindy Webb Design.
