We are excited to introduce Virginia Meloro, who has been working behind the scenes with us for several months, bringing an exceptional work ethic, refined sense of style, and extensive management experience to Mindy Webb Design.

Virginia’s career began in New York City’s fashion industry, where she developed a strong foundation in management, manufacturing, operations, and project coordination. For more than 20 years, she successfully owned and operated her own fashion representation company, gaining invaluable experience in leadership, organization, client relationships, and the many details required to take a vision from concept through completion. Her career also included years of involvement with trade shows and runway shows, further developing her discerning eye for style, presentation, and detail.

Virginia’s experience has since expanded into project management within the interior design and real estate industries, including projects with Mindy Webb Design and Mindy Webb Design & Development, another division of our company. Her ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail has made her an invaluable part of our growing firm.

As Chief Operating Officer of Mindy Webb Design, Virginia oversees the operational side of the company, helping ensure our projects, team, and day-to-day business continue to move forward efficiently and successfully. As we enter an exciting new chapter with the opening of our 2,500-square-foot design showroom, Virginia’s leadership and operational expertise will be instrumental in supporting the continued growth and expansion of our firm.

Driven, highly organized, and deeply motivated, Virginia brings a unique combination of business expertise, leadership, and a refined eye for style to her role. Her transition from fashion to interiors is a natural extension of her talents, and we are thrilled to officially welcome her as an integral part of the continued growth and evolution of Mindy Webb Design.

Meet — an exceptionally talented interior designer with 10+ years of international experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Known for creating luxury spaces with a refined balance of creativity, technical expertise, and client-focused design, Momen has worked globally on high-end residential and hospitality projects, bringing a sophisticated international perspective to every project.

Before joining our team, Momen spent six years with Restoration Hardware where he became their number two designer globally — an incredible accomplishment that speaks to both his talent and dedication to the industry.
