My current turn around times are
*custom apparel 7-10 business days
*custom home decor 7-10 business days
*all dishes 7-10 business days.
⚠️⚠️ TO HAVE GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS ORDERS MUST BE IN BY DECEMBER 1ST⚠️⚠️
This does not include holidays or weekends.

Projects will not be started until payment is recieved! Your payment is due within 24 hours of invoicing or the invoice will be cancelled! I will not start the purchasing of items for custom designs until payment is recieved!
I invoice through PayPal, Venmo, Facebook pay, or cashapp!

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, 100% of your money will be refunded to you. If order is cancelled 24 hrs after being invoiced, you will only recieve 50% of your monies.
I do accept returns as long as the item is returned exactly as it left. However, returns will not be accepted if clothing is worn/torn, or altered, if your mug, cup, or home decor broke after it's left my property!

Custom clothing should be washed inside out in a cool delicate cycle and tumble dried on low or hung!

Pick up will be at my house, or, if shipped, it will be your responsibility to pay for shipping!!
