Some closings just feel extra special.

After working together since July 2025, today my buyers officially closed on the perfect home for their growing family. With baby number two on the way, the timing couldn’t have been better, and it’s one of those moments that reminds you everything has a way of falling into place when it’s meant to.

Just sold.

I had the opportunity to stage and market this beautiful property alongside my co-agent, and it’s another reminder that the little details are often what make the biggest impact.

From how a home is presented to the photography, marketing strategy, and overall buyer experience, every decision matters. When a home is positioned the right way from day one, it creates momentum and that’s exactly what happened here.
