I am honored to share that my feature article, 395 Broadway Lives On, has been published in the Summer 2026 issue of Saratoga Living.
This story is especially meaningful to me because it allowed me to tell the story behind the restoration and interior design of one of Saratoga’s most recognizable buildings. More than a renovation, this project was about stewardship, respecting the history of the building while creating a timeless environment for its next chapter.
Thank you to Saratoga Living magazine for the opportunity to share the vision, design process, and architectural legacy behind this remarkable transformation.

Today marks Kelly’s 10th year with Beverly Tracy Home Design. It has been ten years of designing, late nights, long days, celebrations, challenges, raising kids, leaving to drive carpools, carrying tile-rugs-chairs, construction sites, moving furniture, and for helping me to develop who we are as a design firm. Thank you for your dedication, and most of all for caring, inspiring, and being by my side.

We love to create sun-filled bright kitchens with stations for coffee, serving, baking, cooking and eating. Complete with luxe custom furniture, linen window shades, top appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry and finishes, the kitchens we design are both pretty and practical.
