Booth 19: VK
• Welcome to pin and brooch wonderland! This booth is everything sparkly and classy. There is a wide variety of jewelry suitable for whatever your budget may be. From costume Betsey Johnson rhinestone pins to vintage sterling cameo brooches, there’s always something here for everyone.
• I don’t know if you’ve noticed.. Bur pins and brooches are back (and in a big way.) Use them to customize your favorite hat, a pair of boots or flats, a shirt or jacket collar, as a scarf clip, on a chain to double as a necklace, on a skirt, to secure your knee-high socks to your tights! The possibilities are endless!
• Pins and brooches not your style? That’s OK! There’s plenty of other secondhand shabby chic apparel and jewelry for you to choose from. (There’s even original framed art from a local Saugerties painter) Come see for yourself in booth 19, VK, at the Newberry Artisan Market.

Booth 25, Maker & Hound
• This booth is a craft-lovers paradise. Maker & hound has so many original ideas for products that will inspire you to get back into your favorite craft. Cameron Myler, the artist behind the booth, fuses, many mediums in a style that is cohesive and makes use of up-cycled fabric in multiple ways. The technique of Shibori dying can often be seen used to up-cycle a piece into something 100% unique and always super comfortable.
• Maker & Hound even repurpose his fabric scraps into weaving, material for multicolor, potholders, and rugs! Offered at a great price, these items are both very durable and very beautiful.
• Patrick is another specialty of this booth. Many outer pieces from great brands can be found here, adorned with original screen-printed patches. Whether big or small, this customization gives them that touch of individuality. More into making your own custom pieces? Don’t worry, they have just the product for you. Many of Cameron‘s patches are available for sale on their own or in pairs. This is a great way to support the Artist even if you aren’t a big clothing shopper. Just pick out your favorite design and add it to your favorite piece! Come see for yourself in booth 25, Maker & Hound.

We’re finally back with a vendor spotlight! 💚🪻🧸

Featured first is Booth 26, Matthew Reddan. In addition to being a long time collector and reseller, Matthew also enjoys reworking his vintage pieces into something one-of-a-kind.

Through a slow stitching process, Matthew adds all his embellishments by hand. Often, these embellishments are up-cycled from scraps of vintage items such as pillow cases, ribbon, carpet squares and patches. He transforms each piece of clothing into something completely unique and irreplaceable.

Check him out in Booth 26, or follow him Matt Reddan

Our next featured vendor is Booth 4, Storybook Vignettes. This kid-centered booth is the perfect source for toys and activities that are both fun and safe!

This is the place to be if you’re looking for the types of toys and games YOU had in your childhood. The type of kids products they just don’t make anymore. No over-stimulating, battery powered toys that break down after one year.

From locally printed stickers of all shapes and sizes, to wooden blocks and Beatrice Potter books- you’re guaranteed to find only the best whimsical products here in Booth 4, Storybook Vignettes. Follow them at Jenn Mattie

Visit us at the Newberry Artisan Market! Open Wed-Sun, 11-6pm.
