Placed this smaller sized hutch in the store, undecided about painting it because I like it as is, but if your buying it and want it painted it could be done for an added cost. It’s just so sweet, either way I think. Also picked up some smaller items I placed throughout the store as well. Picture some of the things outside the store too I don’t often do that and there’s some fun garden stuff out there!

Added a few new pieces this week and a few new things outside too! Always have to look around, these so much to see. Most take a couple trips around. 😊

Added this very old piece to the mix of furniture this week. I believe it had a top at one time as there are three small circular holes on top that may have been from the top connecting to it. Lots to see for Mother’s Day gift ideas. Can’t decide? We have gift certificates too!!

The first two pictures are another before and after project. You can see where I removed the gold from the glass and the gaudy hardware, painted a soft linen color and added prettier hardware. Posting more pictures. Had a busy sales weekend, so don’t wait if there’s something you see, I can’t always promise it will be here long, you just never know what’s going to move out fast. Thank you for those who have been in, we love to see your smiling faces and catch up with you. It’s been a longgggggg winter!!!

I need to be better about posting before and after photos. This was a fun one for me. Anyone one who knows me well, knows I ❤️ to rescue a beat up piece of furniture so much. This little beauty was from my sister and I was so excited to “inherit” her. “Shabby Chic” just spoke to me when I laid my hands on this little sweetie. Just in time to set up for Mothers Day tea. ❤️☕️🌺🌸💐🌹

It’s been a busy day but wanted to take time to get a post up so you all could see a few of the new items. I’ve been working on this great hutch done in Timeless Teal. Also just placed this cute oval shaped library table with a secret drawer, a beautiful China cabinet with some beautiful 3 and 4 piece tea sets(4 of which have already went out the door today). Check out the big cabinet that has electrical outlets inside and several slide out drawers. There’s a cute little plant stand that’s new at the very end of the photos too. Fun to put out new treasures in the store. Stop by and check it out. We have normal store hours this week.

Spring is for refreshing and perhaps that includes some new painting projects. Many of you already know how amazing the Rethunk Junk Paint line is and now they have added 6 more amazing colors making over 50 colors now to choose from! Look at these beautiful new colors!

Remember, there is no stripping or sanding with this water based resin paint. Spray with the Prep spray, wipe it off, let it dry and paint away. This paint is specifically for cabinets and furniture, but I have painted so much more with it! It is a self leveling paint and it’s amazing! Stop in and I’ll be happy to tell you more. You definitely should check out the RTJ website as well. She has many YouTube videos to watch to help get you started. I’m always happy to give those of you just starting out pointers and love when you come back in and share your success stories and show me pictures! I can’t wait to try these colors.
