An engraver's worst nightmare. Not sure if the team provided incorrect information, or if the company messed it up.

This is why I send proofs to all of my customers and ask them to approve it before engraving. I do everything in my power to prevent typos, mostly by copying and pasting what is sent to me by the customer.

So make sure you send in correct personalization information when ordering! That way you don't end up with "Brain" instead of "Brian" or "Phillipines" in place of "Phillipians".
