Ain’t no party like an Indigo Party! And this is the one you don’t want to miss. 🪩
Join Indigo Arts Alliance on Thursday, April 16 from 6–9 PM at Maine Studio Works in Portland, ME for 🌸 Spring is in the AiR 🌸, their 7th annual fundraising celebration. All proceeds directly support IAA’s Artist Residency programs, advancing transformative opportunities for Black and Brown artists across Maine and beyond.
Enjoy an unforgettable Indigo Poppin’ Dance Party with DJ Benjamin Spalding (IAA’s ’22 + ’25 David C. Driskell fellow), delicious cuisine from Oun Lido’s, Katahdin Kitchen, and Niyat Catering, along with indulgent treats from Dean’s Sweets.
Throughout the evening guests will also have the opportunity to purchase exclusive, curated experiences representing the breadth of IAA’s cultural community. These experiences include partnerships with Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, the Farnsworth Art Museum, the Maine Maritime Museum, Maine MILL, and the Portland Museum of Art, plus a powerful offering centered on Ashley Bryan’s legacy and a once-in-a-lifetime Safari in South Africa.
