You don't need to build the whole kitchen to fall in love with it.

We supplied this custom Modern-Aire hood for a kitchen that turned out to be one of our favorite finished spaces this year — even though it wasn't ours to build. That pleated stainless apron, the way it sits between the glass-front uppers, the marble running straight up the wall behind it… it's proof that even one well-chosen piece can set the tone for an entire room.

Progress update from our modern Scarborough remodel.

This week: the bracket is set for Monday's island stone delivery, crown molding is in on the kitchen, and in the bathroom the terrazzo floor is finished with shower wall tile now underway. That vanity might be our favorite detail yet.

Every stage — framing, cabinets, finish carpentry, tile — is handled in-house by our team, so the details stay consistent from first cut to final polish.

From the moment you walk in the front door, this space feels like it has always belonged!

The new hex tile on the floor just pulls you into the kitchen, adding the dinning nook helped to expand the space and give a roomier, more connected feel. Small details big difference - this is what thoughtful design looks like in action.
