Before we choose a single cabinet, we ask one question: what are you storing, and how do you use it? The answer decides everything, including whether drawers or pullouts will serve you better.

*Dovetailed pullouts bring everything forward, so nothing gets lost in the back of a cabinet.
*A microwave built into the base cabinet keeps it handy but out of sight, and the counters stay clear.
*Deep drawers under the cooktop hold pots and pans right where you cook.
*The finished space looks calm and works hard every day.

This one began as a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Once we got into the existing structure, our clients faced a big decision. Rather than patch around older framing and systems, we took down about two-thirds of the house and rebuilt it new.

The result is a home built to last, including:

A new home from foundation to roof
A covered porch with cable railings to keep the view front and center
A custom stairway down the wooded hillside to the water’s edge, bringing the Maine coast right to their doorstep

Projects like this are why we value the design-build approach. When plans have to change, having design and construction under one roof means we can adjust together and keep everyone on the same page from start to finish.

Some of our favorite details are the ones you don't see right away. 🌿 In this deep green kitchen, the tall larder hides a complete coffee and beverage station, handy in the morning and out of sight when guests arrive.

The inset cabinetry is one of the most exacting details in a kitchen: each door sits flush in its frame with an even gap on every side. It's a craft our in-house cabinet team takes real pride in.
