Curtiss has three generations in the roofing industry and Tracy comes from a family of two generations in the roofing industry. Curtiss began working on roofs with his father at 9 years of age and has been in the roofing industry ever since. He has experienced every aspect of roofing from Residential to Commercial and Industrial roofing. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products, competitive prices, and unmatched customer service. Responsibilities:

Supervise roofing crews on residential and commercial projects
Ensure quality workmanship and job site safety
Coordinate materials, equipment, and project schedules
Train and mentor crew members
Communicate with customers and management throughout projects

Requirements:

Previous roofing experience
Knowledge of roofing systems, gutters, soffit, fascia, and siding preferred but will train right person
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
