Cute story on this light fixture … Coming from... let’s say a more conservative design background, our client was a bit nervous for this unique light fixture initially. Yet this fresh interpretation of a traditional shape implemented with glass roundels is exactly what makes the space fresh and interesting …. Now it’s one of her favorite pieces!⁠

Designing for families is one of my favorite types of design… I love imagining how the kids will use spaces and make their childhood memories! We all remember the homes we grew up in with all their specific details…⁠ Here we made a gathering nook within this kids game room with its own snack bar. The patio opens to the backyard pool oasis making it easy to entertain the kids and all their friends! - Anita Lang

This once dull Primary Bedroom is rejuvenated with a simple refresh that included larger steel windows, European Oak wood floors, transitional fireplace surround and fresh paint. I love the use of a clean lined modern canopy beds for large rooms as it suggest the intimate coziness of a smaller space without being overwhelming. - Anita Lang

One of my favorite success stories in this redo of a dark heavy Tuscan era home is this khaki/olive paint for the interior doors.... Still works as a neutral, just adds character... The client was a bit nervous to embrace the color and now she LOVES it!! ⁠⁠⁠⁠

These found chairs circa 1970's were reupholstered to a luscious green velvet to give them a sexy update. That peridot shade of green against this masculine charcoal cabinetry is to die for, yes?⁠
