Prospect & Buyer Profile

• Create custom databases to hold prospect and buyer information.
• Create custom reports to be distributed on a periodic basis to client. Consumer Research, Surveys and Focus Groups (Custom Proposals)
• Assist with development of consumer questionnaires and work
with data collection agencies to implement collection of data.
• Assist with development of program for focus groups to
further in-depth studies of consumer wants and needs. Model Merchandising (psf)
• Preliminary floor plan review and recommendations.
• Presentation of concept boards and space planning.
• Provide material specifications for product including but not
limited to flooring, countertops, shower surrounds, light fixtures,

• Provide exterior color pallet for city approval.
• Provide furniture, lamps, artwork, accessories, soft window

Annual contract – rates vary by refresh rates every 3 / 6/ 12 months
Where needed and appropriate:
• Replace light bulbs including china cabinets and bookcases.
• Replace stolen accessories and candles
• Replace table linens, kitchen themes
• Refresh beds, staple skirts, fluff pillows, reposition comforters
• Retie towels and replace ribbons and towel accessories
Additional costs over above fees: Replacing stolen furniture, rugs, artwork, damaged bedding or window treatments.
