How it began....

‘Twas the Winter of 2018, Nick was the Chef at a new steakhouse next door to the family-owned Mexican restaurant where Veronica was the General Manager. Their passion and work ethic were almost like magnets, drawing them toward one another before they could even realize. In only a matter of weeks they became aware of how similar their philosophies and aspirations were. It became apparent to both that their goals and dreams stretched way further than their current environments could provide, the only answer was to unite as one to make something great. And so began the brainstorming, by the Spring of 2019 they still had no idea what the f*** they were doing. Hosting private dinners for friends and constant research in the field sparked the flame that is Rogue Dining. The objective of this union is to feed the masses and build a community around the intimacy of sharing a meal; as well as assist restaurants in seeing the importance of quality and efficiency in their kitchens and in their service. As Summer winds blew in new opportunities, they were approached by the owner of a local dive bar looking to rent out his kitchen to capable and hungry hands. They combined their skills, knowledge, and thirst for more to create a new perspective of the fire which forged them. The proceeding weeks were spent prepping and planning for what is now Rogue Kitchen (Est. June 2019).
