As we celebrate 10 years of Laura Park, we’re highlighting the creative chapters that have grown from Laura's love of art, color, and pattern. Meet Brooks Avenue.⁠

Founded by Laura’s daughter, Lawson, in 2023, just before earning her MFA in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Brooks Avenue began as an exploration of translating her mother’s original artwork into clothing. What started as an artistic experiment has evolved into a distinct design perspective shaped by Lawson’s Southern and artistic upbringing, travels, and appreciation for global craft traditions.⁠

Today, Lawson develops her own original artwork while continuing the creative dialogue with her mother through select print collaborations. Based and designed in New York with a Southern state of mind, Brooks Avenue blends vibrant color, thoughtful craftsmanship, and playful detail to tell a story all its own.⁠
