We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our valued clients and business associates. Due to Jason’s ongoing battle with end-stage neuroendocrine metastatic carcinoma, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause our Tree Farm and Wreath business. We appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time. While we won’t be running the Factoria Mall Tree Lot this season our friends Tim and Jerry Reid from Alpine U Cut will be taking over, offering the same excellent quality trees and wreaths. Please note that we won’t be participating in the Holiday Gift and Food Fair or opening Unique Wreaths to the public in Seabeck this year. However, Precious Gem Dahlia Farm will continue to offer bouquets, flowers and some holiday items at our Seabeck location. We’re grateful for your patience and encouragement as we focus on our family’s well-being.

2024 Come visit us at our Christmas Tree lot at the Factoria Mall

We are happy to let our customers in the Bellevue, Kirkland and surrounding Seattle area know that we will be at the Factoria Mall again this year. Our dates that we will be open in Bellevue are, November 27th - December 21st (the closing date may change, we will update if it does) The Christmas Tree lot will be in the same place again this year in the parking areas near the Nordstrom Rack and Target, 124th Ave SE. Bellevue, WA 98006.

Holiday wreaths and garland will be available at the tree lot and in Seabeck, WA. 10408 Seabeck HWY NW Seabeck, WA 98380

Thank you everyone for a great 2023 Christmas Season! The tree lot in Bellevue at the Factoria Mall is closed for the season. Thank you for all your support this year.
