It takes a lot of imagination, planning and collaboration with your contractor to renovate an entire home for better flow and functionity. This makes more sense for better use of the space.. It's like a puzzle when you begin but the end result is always AMAZING!

Amazed at what you can find when you gut a bathroom / ceiling in a mid century modern house! Love this find. BTW shower pans were metal back in the day under 6" concrete and tile was installed on wire mesh! This house has withstood almost 60 yrs of hurricanes to boot! What a great project this is going to be.
