On this week's episode Peach undergoes rounds 16 and 17 of her chemo treatments and goes to see a liver specialist/surgeon at Abramson Cancer Center in Philly. There's obviously some food talk. Including spicy nuggets from Trader Joe's, National Hot Dog Day, cheesesteaks, pizza, and a visit to Chegg. We got snacks too. Jersey Boys Jerky Co. sent us a nice variety of products to try and we grabbed some international chips and candy from World Market. We finally catch a beach sunset, watch the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Yankees at CBP, and we dogsit our newest favorite pup, Callie. Plus, Pumpkin checks out the first Horror Movie Hangout at Uneeda Barber Co. and we swing in to watch Spider-Man: Brand New Day. All those things and more await you. Join us!

These Sweet and Spicy pickle chips from Grillo's Pickles were on sale at ShopRite so we figured we'd give them a whirl. Pumpkin loves spicy. Peach does not, but she's okay when there's some sweet with the spice.

Yes. We're sharing this again. Funds are needed now more than ever. Peach received an email recently from her insurance giving her a 6 months overview of things. Her chemotherapy treatments alone total over 300K. That's what insurance DOESN'T cover. That doesn't include scans, doctor visits, co-pays, etc. That's JUST chemotherapy. Peach is going to see new doctors today at University of Pennsylvania. It will cost her $150 in just co-pays. Not counting bridge tolls because now she has to cross the bridge into Philadelphia. Peach is currently not working and Pumpkin is the only one bringing in a paycheck. If you've donated already, we can never thank you enough. If you want to donate again, we'll never be able to thank you enough for doing that either. If you haven't donated, please consider doing so. If the only thing you can do is share it, that's important too. The more people that have eyes on our campaign, the better. Trust us, nobody EVER wants to be in this position or situation. Of course we know there are plenty other stories out there like ours of people going through similar things. Our hearts go out to them, because we know how it feels.
