I think it's safe to say that I've been creating since I learned how to control my voice and hands. I'm a trained graphic, apparel, set and home designer and have worked across all fields for the past 16 years, most recently decorating homes and customizing furniture. I spent the last 3+ years designing home sets and styling editorial photos for Zulily.com in their editorial department.

Prior to

Zulily, I spent 5 years building a children's lline of clothing, called Ricicli. Ricicli was sold in over 25 stores across the NW and featured in many magazines and blogs. We won a business grant from the Eileen Fisher Foundation in 2011 and the Mary Dore award for fundraising efforts using my designs that benefit N.I.S.S.A., year after year. There is absolutely nothing more rewarding to me than contributing creatively to a person or a family's lives. I began Spatial Matters, Inc, because I love designing spaces and it matters to me how much you love yours.

Our Story

When I began Spatial Matters Inc. in 2015, the whole purpose was to bring great design to every home. Because having a space that you feel good in is essential. Each of our designers have each spent a great deal of their lives dedicated to refining their creative skills and want to contribute these skills for the good of the community and to help provide happier healthier lifestyles. We spend so much time inside and it’s proven that the feel and functionality of your space sets the pace for your mood and drive throughout the day. We want to help provide environments that help you feel like your best sense of self. We know everyone is different- and you have your own story and lifestyle to live. And we love that.

From the very beginning, we have aimed to provide services and resources to help those in need and are quickly growing to that ability. With every new project, we get closer to contributing solutions for those who could really use them.

We are friendly, accessible, approachable and will go to great lengths to curate the perfect space for any individual, family or collective. There is absolutely nothing more rewarding to us than contributing creatively to a person or a family's lives.
