Bold is beautiful! I work on a ton of spec homes throughout Seattle, so needless to say that I have spec’d a lot of tile. Tile can be so fun and is a great way to make a room pop!

Working with a builder on spec homes has been so fun! There are four units for this project and most of them sold for 100k over asking. Knowing that they are being sold so fast makes me so happy because it means they loved the design. Thank you for bringing me onto your projects!
