Design starts with place. In Santa Monica, that meant leaning into the coastal, laid-back character—light, texture, and a mix of elements that feel natural to the area. This space supports socializing and movement, not just desks. Following along to see more in the coming weeks.

As we head into the New Year, we’re excited to see this tenant amenity space come to life at Tower 1201. It captures what we care about most at SkB: hospitality over formality, flexible spaces over rigid layouts. A place where work can loosen up a bit. Where you can host an event or slip away for a quick team meeting. Designed to make the workday feel more human, and a lot more enjoyable.
