Did a little closer renovation in our office over the weekend.

We had a few pieces left over from our primary closet and figured we needed better organization in this closet.

I love working with the Aurdal system, it’s very easy to set up and you can design so many combinations. I was able to pair this with 2 closet bar connectors from to pull this space together.

This Aurdal unit set up is $200 and the 2 connector rods are $30, bringing the total of this reno project to $230 and so worth it.

Cannot wait to re-organize this space with proper set ups.

I wanted a new table set without the pricey spend… 😊

Re-finished our old (hand me down courtesy of a few members of my Bliss family side 😆) table set. Put a new coat of Rust-oleum Matte Black and found these super cute pillow covers on Amazon 🥰

Definitely gave me the upgrade I was looking for at $125 vs a potential $300-$500. Also much better on the environment to repurpose and re-use. 🌎

Felt like adding a bit more to the laundry room tonight!!! 🧺🤍

Still not finished- need to paint and stain the table and organize a bit more.

When Birthday Wishes come true 🤍🥰

We’ve been hard at work in our laundry room. The goal was to add a bit more storage, make the space functional and make me want to do laundry!!!
Think we’ve done a perfect job creating a calm environment with plenty of storage.

Soo we’ve been putting off hanging these blinds for ages because I really liked to have decor in the windows… today I finally decided to attempt to hang them. Of course, we bought the wrong size.

Fast forward to standing in line at Home Depot- I looked at the date of the receipt 5/7/21 🤦🏻‍♀️ it was the wrong receipt- yes we purchased them a long ways back, but not 2021 😂 thankfully KC at Home Depot was amazing and helped us at least get some money back- because I know we clearly don’t have that receipt anymore if I could only find the one from 2021 for the upstairs windows.

They don’t look too bad- but will be worth it. The winter sun is making the glare on the windows pretty bad.

DIY everything for our wedding was my goal… the long days and nights were worth it.

It was absolutely a dream to see my Pinterest board come to life. One of my favorite DIY from our special day was my bouquet. 🤍

It was so special, so much volume, texture and bounce. I last minute decided to add eucalyptus and blooms. So Thankful to Becca of Green Girls Garden in Yakima, WA- who last minute handpicked me some of the most gorgeous blooms. They just made the whole bouquet pop!

My favorite part of my bouquet- was that I tucked away some rose petals I had dried from a bouquet my mom and dad gave me for my college graduation 🤍 it was the last time I received flowers from my Dad. It was special to know that a piece of him was holding my hand as I walked down the aisle.

Celebrated my Besties Baby this weekend in Idaho. 🤍

She gave me the honor of decorating her shower and I could not have loved it anymore. Of course, it was even more special that I was able to re-purpose most of our wedding decor.

Before work DIY

Magnolia Leaves courtesy of the Wemple’s Magnolia tree a few weeks back 😆

Made this on a simple gold wreath round. Used floral tape to secure first round of leaves. Hot glue was then used to secure the backs more thoroughly to the ring. Then I placed and glued remaining leaves to each other, mixed and matched until my desired fullness was achieved.

Overall cost would have been price of gold metal ring- about $5 at Joann fabrics (I’m sure I used a coupon to make it cheaper) and then the price of glue which I had on hand. The leaves of course were free.
