Every detail, from the floor plan to the lighting and final finishes, was carefully designed to create a refined and welcoming environment.
Now complete, this nail spa is ready to open its doors and become a new destination for relaxation and beauty on Madison Street.

The creative process is underway! 🎨 Part 3 of our Little Nail Salon series is all about The Vision.

This is where we translate a dream into a tangible design. We’re putting together mood boards, selecting finishes, and creating 3D renderings to bring the space to life. Our goal is to create a modern, calming, and elegant escape that will be the perfect spot for some well-deserved self-care.

We’re back with Part 2 of our Little Nail Salon journey! 🛠️ Before any hammers start swinging, there’s a crucial step: The Paperwork.

For this project, we’re navigating the process of a Tenant Improvement Permit. This is the big one that allows us to legally change the space from a retail showroom to a functional nail salon. We’re also securing other essential permits for the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.

The process is a detailed one: We finalize the design plans, submit them to the city for review, and then wait for approval. Once we get the green light, the real fun begins!
