A couple of progress photos of this waterfront home on a steep slope near Three Tree Point. The ADU is over the garage on the street side, and is attached via a partially-subterranean tunnel to the main level of the main house, which has an elevator to the beach level 65’ below.

The 7000lb stainless steel swim spa and hot tub arrived yesterday and were craned onto the upper level of this home—now sitting 45 feet above the beach with completely unobstructed views of Puget Sound. Not a bad place to soak it all in.

Windows (and doors) are on site! Well, the frames are. This is the pivoting entry door, a bedroom window, and the ADU front door. The fixed frames will be buried in the finish material, with only the glazing stops visible on the interior. And it was all done in metric, just to add another layer of complexity.
