This handmade leather and lace polka dot flower fascinator is off to its new home soon!

When I came across a vendor at the Fremont farmers market selling mismatched earrings, one of a kind jewels and other vintage gems, I couldn't resist this centerpiece. And I'm glad I couldn't! Because it made a great hair flower that will last for years!

Losing a family member is never easy. This cat made me love. His personality was so big, he could get anyone to love him. He makes me want to be the best version of myself, so I can continue to care for others and experience such overwhelming joy.

If you've never taken in a stray, they are so experienced and wise and eager to please. Best decision of my life. He became my best friend and I was his 😻

Here's to all the wonderful walks together around the block,
To the cat who waited for me at the corner store until I finished shopping so he could es**rt me home,
To the boy who could never get enough snuggles, and who owned my bed for 10 years,
To the coy, regal small bear sized cat I called Prince Biebs, KB, and his favorite name, Handsome. Cheers buddy. You found the other side, and I'll see you there one day.

Bruce Shadow Wayne is still here and will officially take over Biebs role soon. He's great, but young. Hopefully that leaves many years for us to grow together.

Hug your pets. Love your neighbors pets. Appreciate the wild life. Try to be as good as our animals, and treat them kindly, so they can show you the best sides of yourself.

Gonna try this new (to me) salmon chowder recipe tonight! I've invented a spectacular clam and mushroom chowder after 5 days in the Long Beach, WA peninsula during the stormy season. 😄🙃 But I've never made salmon chowder!🤞
