Just finished a big, 3 dozen collection of dishtowels with matching potholders for “A Celebration of Friendship”. I will be making a batch for Christmas and then will take a break from them for awhile. They have been so popular - I love hearing from people when they recognize a tablecloth from their childhood. That’s what it’s all about!!

Happy Monday, Woodsy friends - old and new!
We are continuing our vendor introductions over on the event page - the link is in my bio for you to find. That is the only invitation that you need! We have some fun things planned - this isn’t your typical “craft show”. I hope you will grab a friend, (or 2 or 3) - come to shop, visit and meet new people. If the weather is agreeable, I will have Wanda sitting out for a photo opportunity. I’m sure anyone you see would be happy to snap a picture for you! Only 2 short weeks to go until our big event - I hope you are as excited as we all are. I’m really hoping for sunny skies, but we won’t let a little rain dampen our fun! You may have figured out that I have a love for all things Holly Hobbie - the cute drawings and wholesome sayings warm my soul!

My first sewn garment was a blouse in 6th grade made from Holly Hobbie fabric that matched my wallpaper. Mom and I went to Fabricland and picked out the fabric and she told me to wait for her to help cut it out. Well, I didn’t, and all of the figures on the back of the blouse were upside down!

Throughout the coming days, I will be sharing my favorite “Holly Hobbie-isms” with you. Maybe we can start a revival! Have a wonderful weekend and be sure to invite a friend to “Celebration of Friendship”!

Happy Monday!!

Over the weekend, my husband pulled all of the honey trays and we started straining them. There isn’t a whole lot, but it is super delicious tasting and will all be available at our pop-up party while it lasts!

Tomorrow I will slowly start introducing you to the “Celebration of Friendship” vendors. I know you will be just as excited about them as I am!!
