Tonight I can't take credit for dinner or dessert. My lovely other half bought some spaghetti squash at Seneca Falls Farmers Market and whipped up this alfredo spaghetti squash. Now spaghetti squash isn't my favorite, but I gave it a chance and it was pretty good!

On the sweet side, she also whipped up some apple crisp. This sweet treat always hits the spot! Absolutely delicious

Taco breakfast wraps! Using some leftover taco meat from Taco Thursday, we mixed that with eggs, and put it in the wraps with some mayo and cheese. We crisped them up on the Blackstone Products griddle after we cooked the breakfast staple of bacon. Everything turned out perfect

Stuffed pepper soup! Who says you can't make hearty home cooked meals while camping! Bust out the crockpot, and cook away! We used garlic, peppers and onions from Seneca Falls Farmers Market to use some local ingredients. Since this is in the crockpot instead of the stove top, we modified it slightly. For example, we precooked our rice and waited to add our spices until more towards the end. Also we cooked our hot sausage on the Blackstone Products griddle. It turned out absolutely delicious! A tasty meal for these cooler days

Steak and potatoes! Both featured Kinder's Flavors seasoning with buttery steakhouse for our beautiful Bostrom Farms ribeyes and buttery garlic and herb for our potatoes from Seneca Falls Farmers Market Threw them down on our Blackstone Products Adventure ready griddle and cooked them to perfection! The onions and peppers topped the steaks off perfectly

Cooking in the dark! Didn't get dinner done before the sun went down. Quick cook tonight. Fired up the Blackstone Products Adventure ready griddle and threw down some pork chops seasoned with Kinder's Flavors seasoning. Two with woodfired garlic and two with buttery steakhouse. Then cauliflower which used Kinder's buttery garlic and herb. Cooked up onions and peppers to top the chops perfectly

Easy camp meal! Fired up the Blackstone Products Adventure ready griddle and cooked some kielbasa and cauliflower. Seasoned up the cauliflower from Seneca Falls Farmers Market with garlic salt and Dan-O's Seasoning original. Quick and easy!

A couple camp breakfasts! Day 1: Eggs, bacon, and hashbrown sticks. Day two: Chocolate chip pancakes and bacon. All cooked to perfection on the Blackstone Products Adventure ready griddle. Eating good wherever we go!

A week late with this one, but last Sunday we celebrated our daughter's birthday! We did smoked burgers and mac n cheese on the Pit Boss Grills Savannah, the best Thanksgiving corn, and dogs and coneys from Hofmann Sausage Company on the Nexgrill and everything came out great for our guests
