She’s in our main floor powder room and has seen kids and grand babies grow up here. I’m almost sad to cover this, but age & a lived life has taken a bit of a toll on her. I’m making an effort to honor the origins of this house and preserve what we can. She’ll still be here, just under a layer. 💛

This bathroom is giving me all the warm fuzzies. 💕 Something about this hits a nostalgic nerve in me in the best way and makes me smile. It gives me grown up Strawberry Shortcake vibes even though I know those aren’t strawberries! Was anyone else a fan of that show growing up? How delicious are these colors, textures and patterns?!

Kudos!

This is your sign to choose the bold color you’ve been dreaming about! This was one of my favorite, but simple, kitchen transformations. Paint, hardware, countertops, backsplash. Your upgrade doesn’t have to cost you a kidney. This was done on a tight budget and was one of the reasons this house sold so quickly! You read that correctly… multiple people loved this bold green kitchen. 💚Stop worrying about the people who may live in your house after you!

I am swooning over this kitchen. The layers, colors and intricate details bring so much life into this space! Have you thought of adding art or accent lighting in your kitchen?

How does one keep white bedding… white?! White bedding is still all the rage, but what happens when you have kids, dogs, messy partners (because it's not you, right?), wear makeup, use self tanner (guilty) and you would still love that crisp clean look?

Oxyclean White Revive and Molly’s Suds have been a go-to for me. And for any and all stains: Fels-Naptha laundry bar. It's old fashioned but man does it do the trick! I use it on my son's clothes regularly and it's the only thing that I've found effective. What are your tips?
